Orders received by us from 9 am to 1 pm are shipped the same day.
Orders received by us from 2 pm to 6:00 pm are shipped the next day.
Shipments cannot be made on Saturdays and Sundays. The delivery process for orders with the payment option “remittance” starts from the date on which we receive the payment.
For your orders out of Istanbul:
Orders received by us from 9 am to 1 pm are shipped via cargo the same day. Orders received after 2 pm are sent to your address by cargo the next day. According to the distance of your office to Istanbul, your orders are delivered to you within 1-3 days.
The delivery times of the custom products vary according to the production time. The delivery information for such products is communicated separately.
Delivery Fees
The delivery fees will be included in your product price when you are making the payment.No payment is made for the shipment again in any way.
Delivery Addresses
Your billing address and delivery address may be different. You can enter as many delivery addresses as you like, and you can have the delivery shipped to your desired address.
